It started with a few beautiful candles—and an idea.

Made to brighten a room—even before it is lit.

Ivory Flame is a family-run business created from our home in Milton. It began when Parni purchased a few designer candles and became curious about how they were made. After researching the process, she discovered more than a new craft—she found a creative outlet.

Parni has always been creatively gifted, and she has poured her heart, imagination and countless late nights into bringing each Ivory Flame candle to life. What started as experimentation at home grew into floral arrangements, sculptural pieces and celebration candles inspired by the moments people cherish.

We want to change the idea that a candle is only meant to be lit. It can also be décor, a personalized gift and a lasting reminder of a meaningful occasion. When displayed and cared for, a sculpted candle can retain its beauty for years—something to keep, remember and perhaps even pass on.

How do pickup, delivery and shipping work?+

Pickup in Milton is free. GTA delivery and Canada-wide courier shipping are available for an additional charge based on the order and destination. We do not currently ship to the United States.

How long will my order take?+

Standard candle availability depends on the selected design. Candle bouquets normally require 3–4 days of preparation. Timelines for customized pieces, seasonal preorders and larger orders are confirmed when we review your request.

Can I personalize a candle or gift?+

Yes. Eligible product pages show the available colour, fragrance, flower, size or set options. For something beyond those choices, use the custom-request form and we will review the details with you before payment.

Can I return or exchange an order?+

Returns are generally not accepted. An exchange or future credit may be offered at our discretion. Customized pieces are not returnable or refundable.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

Email photos or a video to us within 2 days of delivery so we can review what happened and help resolve it.

Are taxes included in the displayed prices?+

Displayed prices are before tax. HST is calculated at checkout.
